This company don't just rush out and charge you a call out. They went through a number of options to try and fix the problem over the phone at no charge. They are accommodating and friendly a good service all round.

When you need us most
Once again Mr Wash has come to my rescue. I was offered a same day response to fix my washing machine which I gladly took. The gentleman was prompt, friendly and much to my delight fixed the machine there and then.
I would definitely recommend this company for their good value and excellent service.

Having read other testimonials on the internet, I contacted the receptionist, who promised the Engineer would call me within the hour. Ten minutes later, Malcolm rang and inquired what the problem was with my washing machine.
After a very brief discussion, he inquired if I would be at home at 8am the following day and duly arrived on time.
Not only was he prompt, but pleasant and proficient and, within a very short space of time, the problem had been identified.
Not only did this save me a large amount of money on the possible replacement of my machine, but Malcolm refused payment for his visit at that time, preferring to wait until he was satisfied his advice and efforts were successful.
The following day, he rang to check the situation and I happily paid the due amount.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough and would suggest they register with Checkatrade.

We had a problem with a very old Miele Washing Machine; the machine had served us well for almost 20 years.
It's not easy finding an engineer who is knowledgeable about this product without, that is, contacting Miele direct with the inevitable high charges.
We received very detailed advice on the parts that would need replacing and we were told that, due to the age of the machine, there would still be problems with parts that were on the verge of wearing out.
We were able to make an informed decision, thanks to the engineer, on whether to have the work carried out or whether it would be a waste of money.
The engineer could have chosen to profit from our situation, but instead gave us a very honest opinion. He then, although by now it was way past normal working hours, collected a washing machine from a house I am selling and delivered it to my new home and plumbed it in.
The installation engineer was prompt and did a great job. His attention to detail was first class. He was very friendly and explained everything to us about the new machine. He spent some time getting the fitting perfect and in an integrated unit kitchen was not easy. Clean and tidy and very professional, I would recommend using these people again there were spot on.

Polite and helpful
Thank you to Mr. Wash for delivering and fitting my new Bosch washing machine. Mr. Wash were so helpful, they took away my old machine and fitted my new one. It took no more than 30 minutes. There was no mess and the engineer was really polite and helpful. He offered me advice on how to best maintain my new machine, as well as making sure that I also knew the best way to look after my Bosch tumble dryer which I purchased earlier this year. I am so pleased with my new washing machine. I cannot recommend their service enough.

Helped me save money
Just before Christmas my dishwasher stopped working and gave out a very peculiar burning smell. I switched it off at the mains and rang Mr Wash via a service agent. Unfortunately, the engineer wasn't able to attend the same day, but was able to come on Saturday. He came, identified the fault and got back to me on Monday with a price for the part. No need to buy a new dishwasher!
